Let me talk about this site. It's a special notice, most likely created by japanese cg artists such as Yukirin. The message talks about "stealing" artwork, even if you give credit. This is why I stopped making CGArt graphics. This is why Day Dream Graphics put Boyis and other cg art sites up, saying they refuse to accept graphics from those sites. This is important, especially if you are a webdesigner.
