The Sunset
Created: 1/12/2003
Blue, purple, red, gold,
These colors emphasize my soul.
Green, orange, pink, yellow,
Colors that are forever mellow.
When night is near,
And darkness approaches,
The sunset symbolizes faith.
It symbolizes love,
It is the light,
From far above.
The sunset,
Colors of the world,
Colors that are forever hurled,
Into the vast world of darkness.
The sunset is feared by all,
For with its beauty,
It brings the night.
With the night,
Comes the morn.
Sunset, night, and morn.
The forever cycle of life,
Forever, The sunset.
This poem just came out of nowhere. I don't know what happened. I wrote the revised version of this poem before actually writing this poem. I was planning a whole different approach for this poem, the original to "The Sunset: One of His Creations," and instead, I came up with this. I think because I wrote the revised version first, and that was hard because it was hard for me to express good feelings, because dark emotions are so easy. So, the revised version made it easier to write this one. I hope you like it.
*NOTE*: I wrote this poem/notice a long time ago...
